Flagship 8 Week Programme

This self-empowerment programme has been created so that the participant can take back some power and control over their life, and improve their mental, emotional and physical health through:

Mindset Change

Stress Management

Awareness & Education

Nutrition & Fitness

The flagship 8 week programme is based on the Breaking the Cycle™ book in principle. It is designed to empower the participant by making simple lifestyle changes, one step at a time. These steps are ways of helping them cope with their feelings, process their emotions and rebuild their lives after trauma.

By starting to make some changes in their mindset, habits, and behaviours, they can start to think and feel differently. This will lead them to take actions that are going to build and strengthen their overall well-being and resilience.

Everyone deserves to feel 100% healthy and 100% happy and to live their life to their full potential.

There are 7 Pillars to the Breaking the Cycle™ C.L.E.A.N.E.R.™ Living Therapy programme which form the foundations of overall wellness. The pillars are related and connected to each other. The first letter of each of the pillars is what C.L.E.A.N.E.R™ stands for:

Clear & Concious Mindset

Lifestyle Choices

Endocrine System

Alignment

Nutrition

Exercise

Rest & Relaxation

It is important that the participant thinks about their mind and body as one entity rather than separate
entities. All of the systems in our bodies are connected. Making a change in one area will
have a ripple effect in other areas.

Our current health systems are based on solely treating mental health or physical health, where in fact, research clearly shows that you cannot treat one without the other. This podcast with Dr Howard Shubiner is about the connection between the mind and body, from a medical perspective.

Even small changes can make a big difference. Participants can make a significant change to their
health, wellness, and happiness by taking one of the smaller steps of one pillar, and then

building on that first step at a pace that suits them.
