Our bespoke training option is for organisations that have a desired outcome in mind. The agreed programme would be based on our flagship 8-week C.L.E.A.N.E.R.™ Living Therapy Programme and the Breaking the Cycle™ book and the principles contained within. It is designed to empower the participants to make simple lifestyle changes, one step at a time. These steps are ways of helping them cope with their feelings, process their emotions and rebuild their lives after trauma and/or vicarious trauma as a result of their profession. 

 


By starting to make some changes in their mindset, habits, and behaviours, they can start to think and feel differently. This will lead them to take actions that are going to build and strengthen their overall well-being and resilience.

There are 7 Pillars to the Breaking the Cycle™ C.L.E.A.N.E.R.™ Living Therapy programme which form the foundations of overall wellness. The pillars are related and connected to each other. The first letter of each of the pillars is what C.L.E.A.N.E.R™ stands for:

It is important that the participants think about their mind and body as one entity rather than separate
entities. All of the systems in our bodies are connected. Making a change in one area will
have a ripple effect in other areas. 


Even small changes can make a big difference. Participants can make a significant change to their
health, wellness, and happiness by taking one of the smaller steps of one pillar, and then

building on that first step at a pace that suits them.

Thank you for organising our PSHCE Day on Well-Being. The focus on Health and Resilience aimed to support our Year 10 students preparing for their GCSE courses. Students found your presentations on your life experience, being your own person, and the importance of education, stress and nutrition inspiring. Students really enjoyed the different Pilates and Zumba sessions. It gave them a chance to express themselves and to work in groups. The music was upbeat and contagious, so students (and teachers) could not help but keep moving. Students understood the benefit of group exercising: Lowering your inhibitions, improving your posture and feeling good about yourself.

Thank you, Chris for co-creating a virtual Health & Wellness Programme for the Carers of Merton to help them stay mentally and physically healthy throughout Lockdown. This programme was successfully run through a closed Facebook group and consisted of exercise sessions, and talks to motivate and help the carers reach their health goals. There was a weekly Q&A session, recipe ideas and much more. The carers found the recorded sessions a blessing if they couldn't make the live event. The carers enjoyed the variety of the 30-minute exercise sessions, ranging from the higher energy sessions to the seated and more chilled-out pilates sessions. The different talks you provided really helped the carers in different ways. The community of support we built in the group throughout the life of the programme is still going strong to this day.
